Terms of Service

Home & Office Insulation  ·  homeandofficeinsulation.com

Effective Date: July 27, 2026        Last Updated: July 27, 2026

This website, homeandofficeinsulation.com (the “Site”), is operated by Upward Home Partners LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Home & Office Insulation (“Home & Office,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Site and any estimate request, callback request, or other inquiry you submit through it.

By using the Site or submitting a form, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Please read Section 5 (Calls and Text Messages), Section 12 (Limitation of Liability), and Section 15 (Resolving Disputes) closely. They affect your legal rights.

1. Who We Are

Upward Home Partners LLC d/b/a Home & Office Insulation

  • 435 Los Olives Ln, Liberty Hill, TX 78642
  • (512) 507-5247
  • info@homeandofficeinsulation.com

We are an insulation contractor serving the Austin and Corpus Christi metropolitan areas in Texas.

2. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The version posted on the Site when you use it is the version that applies, and we update the “Last Updated” date whenever we make a change. If you keep using the Site after a change is posted, you accept the revised Terms.

3. Eligibility and Accurate Information

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to submit a request through the Site.

You agree that the information you give us — your name, phone number, email address, and property address among it — is accurate and is yours to provide. If you are requesting an estimate for a property you do not own, you confirm you have the owner’s permission to do so.

4. An Estimate Request Is Not a Contract

Submitting the estimate form or the callback form is a request for information. It does not create a contract, hold a date on our schedule, or obligate either of us to anything.

Any price, R-value, scope, or timeline discussed on the Site, over the phone, or in a preliminary written estimate is exactly that — preliminary. Insulation work depends on conditions we can only confirm in person: actual square footage, attic access, existing insulation, ventilation, framing, moisture, and code requirements among them. We verify those on site, and the numbers can change once we do.

Work is performed only under a separate written services agreement or signed proposal between you and Home & Office. That agreement — not these Terms — governs the scope of work, pricing, payment, scheduling, site preparation, and warranty. If the two documents ever conflict on a project matter, the signed agreement controls.

5. Calls and Text Messages

When you give us your phone number — through a form on the Site, over the phone, or in person — you agree that we may contact you at that number about your request. That includes calls, text messages, and voicemail, and it includes calls or texts placed using automated dialing technology or a prerecorded or artificial voice.

If you opt in to text messages

Checking the text message consent box gives Home & Office your express written consent to send SMS messages to the number you provided. Here is what that means in practice:

  • Message types: appointment confirmations and reminders, estimate follow-ups, scheduling changes, crew arrival notifications, and occasional service offers.
  • Message frequency varies.
  • Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier’s standard rates apply. We do not charge you for the messages.
  • Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will get one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and then nothing further.
  • Reply HELP for help, or call us at (512) 507-5247.
  • Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Consent is not a condition of purchase. You do not have to agree to texts to get an estimate or to hire us. Phone and email work just as well.

Withdrawing consent

You can withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text, telling us during a call, or emailing info@homeandofficeinsulation.com. We will honor the request within ten business days. We may still contact you about work that is already scheduled or in progress.

Call recording

We may record or monitor calls for quality and training. If you would rather we did not record a call, say so at the start and we will stop.

6. Photos and Details You Send Us

The estimate form lets you upload photos of your attic, walls, crawl space, or other areas. You keep ownership of anything you send. You give us permission to use it for the purpose you sent it — preparing your estimate, planning the work, and documenting pre-existing conditions.

We will not publish your photos, your address, or identifying details in marketing unless you tell us we can.

You confirm that what you upload is yours to share and does not contain other people’s private information.

7. Our Content

Everything else on the Site — text, photography, graphics, logos, page layouts, service descriptions, and the Home & Office Insulation name and marks — belongs to us or our licensors. You are welcome to view it, print it, and share links to it for your own non-commercial use. Copying, republishing, scraping, or reusing it commercially requires our written permission.

8. Reviews and Testimonials

Reviews shown on the Site come from customers on Google and other public platforms and reflect those customers’ experiences on their own projects. Results vary with the building, the scope, and the conditions.

We do not pay for reviews, and we do not ask customers to remove or revise negative ones. You are free to write whatever you want about your experience with us, publicly or privately. Nothing in these Terms restricts that.

9. Acceptable Use

When using the Site, please do not:

  • Submit false, misleading, or someone else’s contact information;
  • Use the forms to send advertising, spam, or bulk solicitations;
  • Attempt to access areas of the Site or our systems that are not public;
  • Scrape, harvest, or use automated tools to collect content or submit forms;
  • Introduce malware or otherwise interfere with the Site’s operation;
  • Use the Site in a way that violates any law or these Terms.

We may block access or decline to respond to a request if we believe this section has been violated.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

The Site links to and embeds third-party services — mapping, review platforms, financing partners, and manufacturer information among them. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, pricing, terms, or privacy practices. If you apply for financing with a lender we refer you to, that is a transaction between you and the lender; we are not a party to it and do not make credit decisions.

11. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, error-free, or continuously available. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, as they apply to the Site.

Energy savings

Any figure on the Site about energy savings, utility bill reduction, comfort improvement, or payback period is a general illustration of typical results. It is not a promise about your building. What you actually see depends on construction, HVAC equipment, air sealing, windows, duct condition, occupancy habits, weather, and utility rates. We do not guarantee a specific dollar amount or percentage unless we put it in writing in a signed agreement.

R-values and product performance

R-value and product performance figures come from manufacturer published data. Installed performance depends on application thickness, coverage, and building conditions. Thickness and R-value stated in an estimate are nominal averages rather than guaranteed minimums at every point.

Rebates, tax credits, and incentives

Information about utility rebates, federal or state tax credits, and other incentive programs is provided for your convenience. Programs change and eligibility depends on your circumstances. We do not represent that any program will be available to you or that you will qualify. Applications and eligibility confirmation are yours to handle, ideally with your tax advisor or the program administrator.

Not professional advice

Content on the Site is general information about insulation and building performance. It is not engineering, legal, tax, or code-compliance advice for your specific project.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent Texas law allows, Home & Office and its owners, members, employees, and contractors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Site — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — even if we were advised such damages were possible.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of the Site or these Terms is limited to one hundred dollars ($100.00).

This section covers use of the Site only. Our responsibility for work performed at your property is addressed in the signed services agreement for that project and is not limited by this section.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. Where that is the case, the limits above apply only to the extent permitted.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Home & Office and its owners, members, employees, and contractors from claims, damages, losses, and reasonable attorney fees arising out of your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit that infringes someone else’s rights.

14. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising out of the Site or these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Williamson County, Texas, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

15. Resolving Disputes

If something goes wrong, contact us first. Call (512) 507-5247 or email info@homeandofficeinsulation.com. Most problems get resolved in a phone call.

If a dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of written notice, both parties agree to attempt non-binding mediation in Williamson County, Texas before filing suit, with mediation costs split equally. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief or from bringing a claim in small claims court.

To the extent Texas law permits a contractual limitations period, any claim arising out of your use of the Site must be brought within two (2) years of the event giving rise to it.

16. Accessibility

We want the Site to be usable by everyone, including people using screen readers and other assistive technology. If you hit a barrier, email info@homeandofficeinsulation.com or call (512) 507-5247. We will get you the information you need and work on fixing the underlying issue.

17. General

  • Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect and the unenforceable provision is modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable.
  • No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
  • Assignment. You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
  • Entire agreement. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Home & Office regarding the Site. Project work is governed by your signed services agreement.
  • Headings. Section headings are for convenience and do not affect interpretation.
