Home & Office Insulation  ·  homeandofficeinsulation.com

Effective Date: July 27, 2026        Last Updated: July 27, 2026

Upward Home Partners LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Home & Office Insulation (“Home & Office,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through homeandofficeinsulation.com (the “Site”) and in the course of providing insulation services, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

It applies to the Site and to the phone, text, and email communications that follow from it. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.

1. Information We Collect

Information you give us

Most of what we hold comes directly from you, usually through the estimate form or the callback form:

  • Contact information: name, phone number, email address, and the property address where work would be performed.
  • Project details: service type, property type, square footage, year built, whether you own or rent, the areas involved (attic, walls, crawl space, and so on), foam or material preference, construction type, existing insulation and its condition, damage indicators, and reasons for removal.
  • Planning information: project timing, budget range, who else is involved in the decision, whether you are interested in financing, preferred callback time, and how you heard about us.
  • Photos: images you upload of the areas you want us to look at.
  • Communications: emails, text messages, and voicemails you send us, and notes or recordings from calls.
  • Job records: if you become a customer, the estimate, signed agreement, scope, scheduling, payment records, and warranty history for your project.

We do not ask for and do not want Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or health information through the Site. If a financing partner needs that information, you provide it to them directly rather than to us.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our hosting platform and analytics tools record standard technical data:

  • IP address and approximate location derived from it (typically city-level);
  • Device type, operating system, browser, and screen size;
  • Pages viewed, time on page, links clicked, and scroll depth;
  • The site or ad that referred you, and any campaign parameters in the link;
  • Date and time of your visit, and form interactions including partial form entries;
  • Whether you called from a number displayed on the Site, if call tracking is in use.

Information from third parties

  • Advertising and analytics platforms (such as Google and Meta) that report on ad performance and audience characteristics;
  • Lead marketplaces, directories, and referral partners, when you submit an inquiry to them that is routed to us;
  • Review platforms, when you post a public review;
  • Publicly available property records used to verify square footage or construction details before an estimate visit.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To respond to your estimate or callback request and to prepare a quote;
  • To schedule and perform work, and to communicate with you about it;
  • To send appointment confirmations, reminders, and crew arrival notifications;
  • To follow up on an estimate you requested but have not acted on;
  • To process payments and maintain job and warranty records;
  • To provide warranty service and respond to callbacks;
  • To send occasional service offers and seasonal reminders, where you have not opted out;
  • To measure and improve the Site, our marketing, and our service;
  • To ask for a review after a completed job;
  • To detect fraud, prevent abuse of our forms, and keep our systems secure;
  • To comply with law, respond to legal process, and establish or defend legal claims.

3. Text Messages and Phone Numbers

We treat phone numbers and SMS consent as a category of their own, and we handle them more strictly than everything else on this page.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the sharing categories described in Section 5 exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. That information is not shared with any third party.

We use your phone number to call and text you about your estimate, your appointment, and your project. If you checked the SMS consent box, we may also send occasional service offers.

  • Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
  • Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for help, or call (512) 507-5247.
  • Consent to receive texts is not a condition of getting an estimate or hiring us.
  • Opt-out requests are honored within ten business days. We may still contact you about work already scheduled or in progress.

We share phone numbers with our messaging provider and phone system solely to deliver these messages and calls on our behalf. Those providers are contractually restricted from using the numbers for anything else.

4. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. Some are necessary to make the Site work; others help us understand traffic and measure advertising.

  • Essential cookies keep the site functioning — form state, security, and load balancing.
  • Analytics (Google Analytics 4) tells us which pages people visit, how they arrived, and where they drop off.
  • Advertising and conversion tracking (such as the Google Ads tag and the Meta pixel) tells us which ads produced estimate requests and lets those platforms show our ads to people who have visited the Site.
  • Call tracking, where used, associates a phone call with the ad or page that produced it.

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking analytics and advertising cookies does not affect your ability to use the Site or to request an estimate. You can also opt out of Google Analytics using the browser add-on Google provides, and adjust ad personalization in your Google and Meta account settings.

5. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it in these situations and no others:

  • Service providers. Companies that run things on our behalf — website hosting, CRM and estimating software, email and text messaging, phone service, scheduling, payment processing, analytics, and advertising platforms. They may use your information only to perform their service for us.
  • Subcontractors and crews. If a portion of your job is performed by a subcontracted crew, they receive the address, scope, and access details needed to do the work.
  • Financing partners. Only if you ask to be referred for financing. We pass along your name and contact information so the lender can reach you; the application itself goes directly to them.
  • Advertising and analytics platforms. As described in Section 4, our use of advertising pixels means limited information about your visit is shared with those platforms. See Section 6 for how to opt out.
  • Professional advisors. Attorneys, accountants, and insurers, as needed.
  • Legal and safety. When required by law, subpoena, or court order, or when necessary to protect our rights, our people, or the safety of others.
  • Business transfer. If the business is sold or merged, customer records would transfer as part of that transaction. We would post notice on the Site before your information became subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Targeted Advertising and Your Opt-Out

We do not exchange personal information for money. Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, however, sharing information with advertising platforms through pixels and tags may be considered a “sale” of personal data or processing for “targeted advertising.”

You can opt out of that processing at any time. Email info@homeandofficeinsulation.com with the subject line “Opt out of targeted advertising,” or use your browser’s privacy settings to block advertising cookies.

Opt-out preference signals. We honor recognized universal opt-out mechanisms, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a request to opt out of targeted advertising and any sale of personal data associated with that browser.

We do not sell sensitive personal data or biometric data, and we do not use personal information for profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects.

7. Your Privacy Rights

If you are a Texas resident, the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act gives you the right to:

  • Confirm whether we are processing your personal data and access it;
  • Correct inaccuracies in the personal data we hold about you;
  • Delete personal data you provided or that we obtained about you;
  • Obtain a portable copy of the data you provided, in a usable format;
  • Opt out of targeted advertising, the sale of personal data, and profiling with significant effects.

Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws have comparable rights, and we extend the process below to anyone who asks, regardless of where they live.

How to make a request

Email info@homeandofficeinsulation.com or call (512) 507-5247. Tell us what you want us to do and give us enough information to find your records — typically the name, phone number, email address, or property address you used when you contacted us.

We will respond within forty-five (45) days. If we need more time, we may extend once by another forty-five (45) days and will tell you why before the first period runs out. There is no charge for the first two requests in a twelve-month period.

We may need to verify your identity before acting. If we cannot reasonably verify that a request came from you, we will tell you rather than act on it. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission.

If we deny your request

You may appeal. Reply to our decision or email info@homeandofficeinsulation.com with the subject line “Privacy request appeal.” We will review it and tell you the outcome, with a written explanation, within sixty (60) days.

If your appeal is denied, you may submit a complaint to the Texas Attorney General at texasattorneygeneral.gov/consumer-protection/file-consumer-complaint.

8. Marketing Opt-Outs

  • Text messages: reply STOP.
  • Email: click unsubscribe in any marketing email, or email us.
  • Phone calls: tell us during a call or email us to be added to our internal do-not-call list.

Opting out of marketing does not stop transactional messages about a job that is scheduled or in progress.

9. How Long We Keep Information

  • Estimate requests that do not become jobs: kept up to three years, then deleted.
  • Customer and job records: kept for the life of the workmanship warranty plus the applicable statute of limitations, and longer where tax or insurance rules require it.
  • SMS consent records: kept for at least five years after consent is withdrawn, because federal law requires us to be able to prove consent existed.
  • Analytics data: retained according to the platform’s settings, generally fourteen months or less.
  • Call recordings: kept up to twelve months unless attached to an active job or dispute.

10. Security

We use commercially reasonable safeguards to protect your information — encrypted connections on the Site, access controls on our systems, and vendors selected in part for their security practices. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a breach affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify you as Texas law requires.

11. Children

The Site is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email info@homeandofficeinsulation.com and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Sites

The Site links to other companies’ websites — manufacturers, review platforms, financing partners, and social media among them. Their privacy practices are their own. We encourage you to read their policies before giving them information.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy as our practices or the law change. The “Last Updated” date at the top reflects the most recent version. If we make a material change to how we use your information, we will post notice on the Site.
